PETR PTÁČEK
Petr Ptáček (*1965) is a Czech draftsman, painter, and graphic artist. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, where he worked as a graphics assistant from 1992 to 2002. His work includes graphics, painting, and illustration, and he is known for his mastery of creating ex libris and postage stamps.
Petr Ptáček's works are known for their distinctive poetic view of the world of technology. In his creations, he often depicts cars, motorcycles, ships, airships, locomotives, and so on. For his graphics, he uses the lithography technique, which he masters in the workshop of academic painter Martin Bouda. His works are part of private collections worldwide and also appear on postage stamps.
