About the author:
Tomáš Hřivnáč was born on November 1, 1959, in Prague into a family of an architect. He naturally had a close relationship with art from childhood. His strongest expressive medium is free graphic work, especially the drypoint technique, which Tomáš Hřivnáč masters excellently. He is therefore referred to as the "Master of the Velvet Line." The most frequent subject depicted by the artist is the female figure, which the author literally "venerates" through graphic techniques. He finds inspiration all around him. In addition to fine art, he also devotes himself to music and archery. In all the mentioned disciplines, he shows remarkable results. He is rightly perceived as a Renaissance personality.
