About the author:
Tomáš Hřivnáč was born on November 1, 1959, in Prague, into a family of architects. He naturally had a close relationship with art from childhood. The author is a member of the HOLLAR Association of Czech Graphic Artists. His strongest means of expression is free graphic work, especially the drypoint technique, which Tomáš Hřivnáč masters excellently. He is therefore often referred to as the "Master of the Velvet Line." The subject that the artist most frequently depicts is the female figure, which the author literally "worships" through graphic techniques. He finds inspiration everywhere around him. In addition to fine art, he also dedicates himself to music and archery. In all these disciplines, he shows remarkable results. He is rightly perceived as a Renaissance personality.
