About the author:
Tomáš Hřivnáč was born on November 1, 1959, in Prague into a family of architects. He naturally had a close relationship with art from childhood. The artist is a member of the HOLLAR Association of Czech Graphic Artists. His strongest means of expression is free graphic work, especially the drypoint technique, which Tomáš Hřivnáč masters excellently. He is therefore referred to as the "Master of the Velvety Line". The most frequent subject depicted by the artist is the female figure, which the author literally "venerates" through graphic techniques. He finds inspiration everywhere around him. In addition to fine art, he also devotes himself to music and archery. In all these disciplines, he shows remarkable results. He is rightly perceived as a Renaissance personality.
