About the author:
Tomáš Hřivnáč was born on November 1, 1959, in Prague, into a family of architects. He naturally had an affinity for art from childhood. The artist is a member of the Hollar Association of Czech Graphic Artists. His strongest expressive medium is free graphic work, especially the drypoint technique, which Tomáš Hřivnáč masters excellently. He is therefore referred to as the "Master of the Velvet Line." The subject that the artist most frequently depicts is the female figure, which the author literally "venerates" through graphic techniques. He finds inspiration all around him. In addition to fine art, he also devotes himself to music and archery. In all the mentioned disciplines, he shows remarkable results. He is rightly perceived as a Renaissance personality.
