About the artist:
Tomáš Hřivnáč was born on November 1, 1959, in Prague into a family of architects. He had a natural affinity for art since childhood. The artist is a member of the HOLLAR Association of Czech Graphic Artists. His strongest expressive medium is free graphic work, especially the drypoint technique, which Tomáš Hřivnáč masters excellently. He is therefore referred to as the "Master of the Velvet Line." The most frequent subject depicted by the artist is the female figure, which the author literally "venerates" through graphic techniques. He finds inspiration all around him. In addition to fine art, he also devotes himself to music and archery. He shows remarkable results in all mentioned disciplines. He is rightly perceived as a Renaissance personality.
