We cordially invite you to an Evening Reading in our Gallery. We will be reading from the books of the Czech prosaist and one of the most significant and distinctive writers of the second half of the 20th century, Bohumil Hrabal.
The Evening Reading is part of an exhibition titled Josef Jíra and Jaroslav Fian: Bohumil Hrabal's Pábitele.
The exceptional atmosphere of this evening will once again be enhanced by the voice of our esteemed guest – Czech poet, prosaist, haiku creator, actor, playwright, and Cimrmanologist, Count von Zeppelin, Miloň Čepelka.
Come and join us in indulging in pábení, to see beauty in a world that is sometimes cruel, ironic, yet wonderful, full of empathy and deep human understanding. This is exactly how Bohumil Hrabal captured it.
